 Licensing Terms
Use of any Brimco Records, LLC content is strictly governed by licensing agreements. No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, performed, synchronized, or otherwise used without prior written permission or an authorized license from Brimco Records, LLC.

Ownership Rights
Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement:

• Brimco Records, LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to sound recordings that are produced, engineered, or funded by the company.
• All underlying compositions, including lyrics and musical arrangements, remain the intellectual property of their respective creators, subject to agreements with Brimco Records, LLC.

Permitted Use
Licensed users may only use content in accordance with the specific terms outlined in their agreement. Any use beyond the scope of the granted license is strictly prohibited.

Restrictions
Without limitation, the following actions are prohibited unless expressly authorized:

• Commercial exploitation without a valid license
• Unauthorized distribution or sublicensing
• Modification, remixing, or derivative works not covered by license terms
• Use in unlawful, defamatory, or misleading contexts

All licensing requests, permissions, and usage inquiries should be directed to Brimco Records, LLC. Each request will be reviewed and approved at the company’s sole discretion.

Enforcement
Unauthorized use of Brimco Records, LLC content may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
