Purchased your music but cannot find it?

 Follow these steps one at a time.

This help applies to all digital music purchases from BrimCo Records LLC, including single songs and complete albums.

FIRST — DOWNLOAD YOUR PURCHASE

1. Open your purchase email from Sellfy. Check Spam or Junk if needed.
2. Tap the download link in the email.
3. Tap Download beside each song or artwork file you want to save.
4. Wait for the download to finish.

Buying the music does not automatically save it to your phone.

IPHONE OR IPAD

1. Open the Files app—the blue folder icon.
2. Cannot find it? Swipe down from the middle of your Home Screen, type Files, then open the app.
3. Tap Browse.
4. Tap iCloud Drive, then Downloads.
5. Tap your downloaded song. Tap Play if shown.

If the song is missing, return to Browse and check On My iPhone—or On My iPad—then Downloads.

You can also search in Files using part of the song title.

ANDROID PHONE OR TABLET

1. Open Files, Files by Google, My Files, or File Manager.
2. Tap Downloads.
3. Find your song title and tap it.
4. If asked, choose an audio or music player installed on your phone.

If you used Chrome, you can also open Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then Downloads.

SAMSUNG GALAXY

1. Open My Files. It may be inside the Samsung folder.
2. Tap Downloads.
3. Find your song and tap it.

If needed, check My Files → Internal storage → Download.

THE BLUE DROPBOX BUTTON

Dropbox is optional. The blue button saves files to your own Dropbox account.

Use the regular Download button to save directly to your phone or computer. You do not need Dropbox for this.

ABOUT YOUR COMPLETE WORSHIP ALBUM

The Arrival Of The Mezzenger includes 12 WAV songs and 13 artwork files. Your one album purchase gives you access to all 25 files.

STILL NEED HELP?

Check that your download finished and that your phone has enough storage space.
